Refund policy

We offer refunds within 12 days of the delivery date.

To request a refund, customers must email us at gloamasupport@gmail.com with their order details and reason for return.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to the return address provided by our support team after the refund request is approved.

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product. Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
